Experience the magic of Yelapa in one of four open palapas individually placed in a tropical garden, overlooking the sea. Enjoy having complete privacy, or wander over to the communal main house to get acquainted with your neighbors. Borrow from a well stocked library, or meet one of the Huichol Indians who frequently arrive, bringing their sacred art to add to Isabel's collection on display here. Add to your bird list from your hammock, swim, snorkel or sea kayak from the small beach below.

Located on "The Point," is quiet, and just a ten minute walk from the markets and restaurants in the village. The entire property overlooks a seasonal stream, with two waterfalls running through the canyon. All rental houses have hot water showers, flush toilets, fully equipped kitchen, towels, bedding, mosquito nets, hammocks, ice chests or refrigerators, and fire pits with wood supplied. Ice and purified water are also provided. The houses now have electricity, as well as candles and oil lamps for ambiance.

Thanks to all of you who have sent sympathies over the passing of Dearly Beloved Isabel.  We are grateful for your widespread interest in the continuation of Izamamma's heart and garden guest-house, this Eden on Earth.  If Casa Isabel had doors , they would be re-opening October 31, that most Hallowed of Eves.  YES, we're back in business.
